Shipping & Delivery Policy
Lady Peridot is currently based out of Woodstock, ON Canada. If you wish to shop Lady's current offerings in person, head on over to One of a Kind Antiques (97 Wilson St.) If you require your package to be shipped, I currently am offering a flat rate of $15 which covers domestic & international. If your package requires an additional shipping charge due to size/weight you will be contacted prior to shipment. *Please note at this time Lady Peridot is no longer offering personal delivery.*
Return & Exchange Policy
Thifted, and especially vintage and antique items, tend to have a delicate nature to them as they've usually experienced many lives. Because of this, I do not expect perfection when shopping for Lady Peridot collections. The odd stain or pull doesn't overly concern me -- therefore I'd love for you to keep that in mind when shopping with me! I pin many of the garments you see pictured on my website to a size small bust form in order to accentuate the natural shape & flow of the piece. If you have any specific questions or concerns regarding a particular garment or product, please don't hesitate to reach out via the contact page.
If you happen to receive your item(s) and aren't satisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately within 14 days of purchase. We'll be more than happy to assist you with an exchange or refund. Anything past the 14-day threshold is considered final sale. <3 ​
