Shipping & Delivery Policy
I'm a one woman show based out of Woodstock, ON Canada. Although my love does travel around with me on thrifting & antiquing adventures sometimes... he may even pick out a treasure or two here and there. It fills my heart every single time!!! (I usually end up keeping those items, because they're just so me. ♡)
Being natural wanderers, our adventures often take us to new places we've never been -so there's a chance we may be able to deliver straight to your door (if you're in Ontario) to save you and I both on shipping costs! If you require your package to be shipped, I currently am offering one shipping option -- a flat rate of $22 (this covers domestic & international.)
Return & Exchange Policy
Thifted, and especially vintage and antique items, tend to have a delicate nature to them as they've usually experienced many lives. Because of this, I do not expect perfection when shopping for my Lady Peridot collections. The odd stain or pull doesn't overly concern me -- therefore I'd love for you to keep that in mind when shopping with me! I pin many of the garments you see pictured on my website to a size medium bust form in order to accentuate the natural shape & flow of the piece. If you have any specific questions or concerns regarding a particular garment or product of mine, please don't hesitate to reach out to me via the contact page.
If you happen to receive your item(s) and aren't satisfied for any reason -- please contact me immediately within 14 days of purchase. I'll be more than happy to issue you a refund or exchange for any of my other offerings (whether that be a physical item or one of my services.)

As for my natural beauty products, shamanic oracle readings, intuitive personal styling, or any other exclusive offers of mine -- THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS! ♡ If you need to reschedule a reading, you can do so by contacting me. *beauty products have an intimate nature, therefore refunds will not be offered. If your product(s) arrive damaged, please reach out me with your order details!*
